Kungsleden was a listed real estate company focusing on commercial real estate in Swedish growth regions. The company had an ambitious sustainability agenda including the objective of reaching climate positivity by 2035.
As a sub-consultant for communications agency Narva, Björn Raunio Information helped producing copy for the company’s annual and sustainability report as well as participating in developing the concept. The work was done in close collaboration with Kungsleden and Narva’s project manager starting from a number of interviews with responsible employees. In the fall of 2021 I worked in the same way with that year’s report, but this project was canceled when Kungsleden was acquired by Castellum.
