Niam has in the last few years developed from a pure real estate fund manager to a diverse company with three platforms: Real Estate, Infrastructure and Credit. Headquartered in Stockholm, the firm geographically covers Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark and Luxemburg.
As a sub-consultant for communications agency Narva, Björn Raunio Information helped producing English-language copy for the company’s sustainability report. The work was done in close cooperation with Narva and Niam’s internal project manager and was based on a number of interviews and meetings on site with responsible employees.
